We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our services. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
3. Contact Form
Data submitted via the contact form is stored solely for the purpose of processing your enquiry. Form submissions are processed via our hosting provider Netlify (Netlify Forms). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Further information: netlify.com/privacy.
4. Application Form
Application data (name, contact details, cover letter, uploaded documents) is processed exclusively for the purpose of the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Documents will be deleted after the process is concluded unless you have consented to longer retention.
5. Appointment Booking via Cal.com
We use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.) for online appointment booking. When you book an appointment via the embedded booking module, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, preferred time) is transmitted to Cal.com and processed there to arrange the appointment.
